I've been here a few times and the service is always great! They were super busy (6:30pm on a Friday) and we had a 35 minute wait for a party of 12. However, by 7:30 the place was pretty empty. So if you plan around busy times, you likely won't have a wait. They have some outdoor seating in the warmer months. They have a bar area, but only serve beer and wine. I feel like the pizza was better in the past, but it was still good! Prices are fair too, I paid about $10 for a 10 inch pizza, with six slices. I was unable to finish it alone. Well I thought my pizza ingredients were fresh and tasty, the salad ingredients didn't look quite as fresh, the lettuce specifically. If you're going here, I suggest a sandwich or pizza, not a salad! But why are you going to a pizza joint for a salad? :) Speaking of sandwiches, they have a ton of great options! I don't remember this from my previous visits.Things to note:-no call ahead seating-no reservations-GF & Vegan options (including crust options)

Oh Jockamos... You have my heart! If you, like myself, are a sucker for a great pie, good cold local brew, aaaand amazing service, stop what you're doing and get your hiney to Jockamos. It's nestled right in the heart of bustling Irvington. Which in itself is a fun little spot to spend an afternoon. You're always welcomed with a warm and friendly smile. Every time I've been seated pretty quickly even when with a larger group. They have a great selection of local brews on tap and the menu options are mouth watering. I've been in many.... And I repeat MANY times and have never once left disappointed. I've tried it all!!! And you can't go wrong. Their Cheese Louise is a cheese pizza on steroids. It's smothered with cheddar, huge chunks of ricotta, parmesan, mozzarella, smoked gouda, red onion AND bacon y'all!!! My mouth is watering just thinking about it. Some of my other non-traditional favorites are the Thai, Baja, Luau, and Slaughterhouse Five. But honestly.... Who am I kidding. It's all good. Oooh and don't forget a side of breadsticks with EXTRA creamy parmesan dipping sauce!!!

Whenever I go to Jockamo's or order their pizza I always expect something delightful and fulfilling! Their lunch specials are indeed a good deal with a slice of pizza, 2 breadsticks and a drink for not much. However if for some reason you want to order something a little bit more extravagant it can be regular prices so the lunch deal isn't as great if you have dietary restrictions. Our server was really attentive and helpful which is in the middle of a lunch rush is kind of a blessing. My coworker had a regular slice of pepperoni with two breads drinks and some tea. She said it was good but didn't finish her bread Stracks she said it was good but didn't finish her breadsticks... so make of that what you well. I ordered the SoCal small pizza which was six slices with vegetables and goat cheese. It was very tasty and I was able to bring half of it home. I really like going there and feel like they have great options but I'm giving them a four-star simply because there's no inexpensive option for those with dietary restrictions. Their pizza is wonderful and the environment is very open and friendly with plenty of seating so if you have time for lunch and I looking for pizza I would highly recommend this spot.
