Private event review: I had the pleasure of attending a private event hosted in the back room of the restaurant and my organization and I all had a SPLENDID evening. The planning was smooth, easy, and affordable from what I was told. The two servers who attended to our large group were TOP NOTCH. They were so attentive and were also quick as bartenders as well. The private room setting was very functional. It had its own bar and we had our own fireplace. There was a door that led directly into/from the kitchen so that our servers were able to attend to us quickly once our courses were ready. Our menu for the evening consisted of two types of salads (Caesar and spinach), toasted raviolis (I'm not normally a fan of them but guido's version was very delicious because they were so meaty and full of flavor on the inside), chicken spiedini (very flavorful) with roasted vegetables, gnocchi (it all came out al dente) , and a dessert platter. I thought the food was delicious, especially for pre-fixe style menu/dinner. I will not hesitate to work with guido's if I ever host a private event.

Review 3:

When visiting St.Louis, you can't not try the provel cheese pizzas and the toasted raviolis. Got the guido deluxe and the toasted ravioli here. The dough was very much like a flatbread, and almost seemed to be more thin like a cracker. Did I enjoy the pizza? Honestly yea. The cheese is more sharp then you're probably used to and it makes it more of a rich experience and I felt fancier eating it. The toppings were all great, but I was really focusing on the cheese. The toasted raviolis were pretty solid as well, doesn't come with too many. It's kind of what you would expect, fried on the outside so it's crispy with some breading too, and ground meat on the inside with a side of marinara sauce. Overall enjoyed this place and maybe I'd just try Imo's next time since it seems like I'm more into the pizza and it'll probably be cheaper there.
